Section 01 - The membership of this organization shall be composed of those persons accepted into membership who have been duly enrolled in the university, are in good standing. No person shall be denied membership into this organization on any basis prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to, race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, gender, age, disability, veteran status, or sexual orientation.

Section 02 - Eligibility for membership into the organization of Women in Law shall be as follows:

A.   Members must be current students at The University of Texas at Arlington.
B. Any student who is in attendance and in good standing at the institution where this organization is founded shall be eligible to be accepted into membership.
